We are a group of mutually supportive San Juan Island artists who open up our personal studio spaces, often including artistic gardens, to the public for an entire weekend at the end of spring each year.  This free community event celebrates the way we work and live.  In addition to displaying our work, including fiber arts, sculpture, jewelry, pottery, furniture, glass, and fine art, we share insights into how our art is created and what inspires and motivates us in our chosen media.

San Juan County Textile Guild Show. See examples of our best work. Pieces include weaving, knitting, crochet, felting, and more. Museum open 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., Wednesday-Sunday.

The 2019 show features 70+ artists’ works ranging from sculpture and painting to jewelry, photography and textiles and more.

The Artists Registry Exhibition opened on November 18 and will close on January 8, 2018.  This year’s theme is entitled, “Cracking the Surface,” which showcases 88 established and emerging artists from San Juan Island, Orcas Island and Lopez Island.  The exhibit features artworks in oil, acrylic, watercolor, encaustic, pastels, photography, mixed media, pottery, sculpture, glass, wood and textiles by Artists Registry members.

Coming Soon, the fifth annual SJIMA Islands Artists’ Registry Show – an exhibition of artworks by more than 70 Artists’ Registry members from San Juan County!

This is a joyous affair, with a riot of art and color displaying an amazing range of talent from across the islands. Look forward to the impressive diversity of talent with paintings in oil, acrylic, watercolor, and encaustic, as well as pastels, photography, mixed media, pottery, sculpture, glass, wood, textiles, and jewelry by Artists’ Registry members.

The Holiday Market is College scholarship fundraiser dedicated to assisting our island graduates in their pursuit of college study in the Arts. Over 60 Artist display their craft for sale and the proceeds are returned to fund the scholarships.

Animals, crafts, art, food, rides - all your fair favorites return for 2016.  Don't forget to stop by the Wool Shed to see the Fiber Art and Textile exhibit.
